The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Shopper Marketer for Middle East & Africa SOSD & CHSD Gulf, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

The main goal of this role will be to develop and execute the regional marketing plans working in collaboration with the regional sales/channel teams & EMEA team, based on strong understanding of local consumer insights, competitive landscape & channel dynamics. Ensure successful deliverables of financials (Topline, Price & Margins), while ensuring the execution of growth programs and optimal utilization of A&M.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Managing all key profit centres financials for the Region (Topline, Price & Margins)
• Lead & execute localization of local/area growth programs to generate demand at consumer level (includes BTL & ATL activities)
• Develop new product launch plan along with all asset deliverables & own execution end to end
• Collaborate with Area team & influence through right assessment of growth programs/ROI calculations based on local market needs & dynamics, consumer insights and competitive landscape
• Drive growth mindset across channels with strong focus on eCommerce

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or higher from an accredited institution in Business / Marketing
• 5+ years’ experience in Marketing preferably in FMCG industry

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include

• Prioritization, Digital Marketing, Communication & Presentation skills
• Advanced excel skills
• Strong financial Acumen
• End to end program development & execution
• Experience in dealing with cross functional & cross cultural teams
