GeneralDuties and Responsibilities (Responsible For):

– Managing all Import, Export & Cross trade shipments

إدارة جميع شحنات الاستيراد والتصدير والتجارة العابرة

– Container price and follow up official contracts

سعر الحاوية ومتابعة العقود الرسمية للشركة

– Requesting Payments for Clearance using Custody procedures in Subject to approved by finance Department

طلب مدفوعات للمقاصة بإجراءات الحفظ الخاضعة لموافقة دائرة المالية

– Should be informing the General Manager if any issues or obstacles at work and following till the issue solve.

يتم ابلاغ المدير العام في حاله وجود اي عوائق في العمل والمتابعه لحين حلها نهائيا

– Tracking all the import and cross trade shipments

تتبع جميع عمليات الاستيراد وشحنات التجارة العابرة

– Responsible for monitoring the shipping freights rates

مسؤول عن مراقبة أسعار الشحن

– Collecting all the import delivery orders from various shipping lines & making customs inspection for designated customs centres in UAE

تحصيل كافة أوامر تسليم الواردات من خطوط الشحن المختلفة وإجراء المعاينة الجمركية للمراكز الجمركية المعينة في الدولة

– Requesting all the shipments clearances through Dubai trade portal for all customs related process like (import, export, statistical export, customs duties, VCC,

– طلب جميع تصاريح الشحناالتصدير ، التصدير الإحصائي ، الرسوم الجمركية ، VCC ، مدفوعات الموانئ)ت لجميع العمليات الجمركية مثل ،

– Arranging transport plan on daily basis to pick up & drop the containers from the port after clearance and also communicate between transporter & combany yard staffs

ترتيب خطة النقل بشكل يومي لاستلام وإسقاط الحاويات من الميناء بعد التخليص وكذلك التواصل بين عمال النقل وطاقم لالشركة.

– Doing all kinds of clearance & transportation work for outside clients with our company approved rates

القيام بجميع أنواع أعمال التخليص والنقل للعملاء الخارجيين بالأسعار المعتمدة من شركتنا

– Follow up to all customs & shipping line related issues

متابعة جميع الأمور المتعلقة بالجمارك والخطوط الملاحية

– Preparing clearance accounts report and Monthly reports on time

إعداد تقرير حسابات المقاصة والتقارير الشهرية في مواعيدها

Legal Responsibilities

– Ensure that the standards required by Law and by Management are maintained at all times in the areas specified above.

التأكد من الحفاظ على المعايير المطلوبة بموجب القانون والإدارة في جميع الأوقات في الواجبات المحددة

– Report of all fines related to containers from ports and shipping companies and whoever caused them.

تقرير بكافة الغرامات الخاصة بالحاويات من الموانئ وشركات الشحن ومن تسبب بها.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED2,000.00 – AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
