Local Division Manager Measurement & Analytics – UAE Cluster

You will be working as Local Sales Manager for our- UAE Cluster and will be part of Measurement & Analytics division based in Dubai, UAE. In this role you will take the fiduciary responsibility as well as being responsible for profitable business growth, overseeing business operations including Sales, Operations and Service.

Regional Sales Manager – MEA

Your responsibilities

• Developing and implementing the local business strategy in line with Global Division strategy and ensuring business growth with full responsibility for profit and loss (P&L). Ensuring achievement through regular oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed, overseeing production facilities within the operating unit and ensuring plans to achieve targets are implemented, improving manufacturing technology and competence in line with strategy.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and other external contacts as appropriate, driving marketing and sales, implementing new functional processes and tools, to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness to ensure growth.
• Implementing and ensuring compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies, and processes related to operations/project execution, sharing functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization.
• Ensuring (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed, guiding, motivating, and developing direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree –Engineering
• 3 to 5+ years of proven P&L experience
• 8 to 10+ years of proven relevant industry experience
• Fluency in English – Arabic a plus.
