Knowledge
  • Solid accounting, booking knowledge and experience
  • Good understanding of UAE/GCC corporate tax and VAT regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of financial instruments, credit facilities and treasury best practices
  • Knowledge of forecasting, budgeting and general treasury.
Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across hierarchy
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools (especially MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Proven experience as an Accounting and Tax manager, preferably with regional or international exposure.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role : managing treasury/accounting function and a team.
  • Expertise with inter-company transactions and transfer pricing accounting protocols.
Activités
  • Coordination & supervision of P2P – R2R process with SSC
  • Coordinate and assist the Treasury executive for cash flow projection, FOREX analysis, hedging etc.
  • Coordinate with the Accounts Payable Accountant and Credit Controller for all payments and collections.
  • Supervising of Fixed Assets entries & Investment Reporting
  • Make sure that tax related activities are done as per law and regulations
  • Handling External or internal audit queries for P2P and R2R process
  • Ensure that policies P2P – R2R and Treasury are implemented and strictly followed.
  • Perform other duties & ad hoc projects as assigned by the line manager.

Interaction with Treasury executive, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivable, Sales, Human Resource, Others – employee etc, for payments, bank transfers and Trade Finance matters.
External :
Interaction with banks, auditors, regulatory authorities
