Robert Walters Middle East is currently working with an international business in the MENA region looking to hire a Group Accountant to join their growing team. This role requires someone who can execute the monthly reporting and group consolidation process

 

As a Group Accountant, other responsibilities include:

  • Support in the preparation of month end close entries and global consolidation.
  • Carry out the review of consolidated numbers
  • Support the interaction with the external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits
  • Assist the Finance management team to ensure the reporting requirements are met and up to date
  • Assist in external and statutory audit related activities
  • Engage in process and control improvements

Requirements:

  • Must have a degree in Finance or Accounting related qualifications
  • Must have Big 4 and multinational/complex environment experience
  • Must be experienced in consolidation and reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be based in the UAE
