The person will be responsible for designing, implementing, administering, and supporting organization IT infrastructure and security systems in a hybrid (Cloud and On-premise) environment and will report to the CTIO.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluates the organization IT business continuity and disaster recover strategy.
• Implement, manage, and monitor IT infrastructure server, storage, networking, database, application, data, and configuration backups. Ensures backup errors are resolved and regularly tested for both local and offsite copies.
• Implement and design new solutions that will help the organization to work more effectively and smart by leveraging latest cloud technologies and automations while keeping security first.
• Responsible for company’s data protection and security.
• Point of escalation for end-user support, IT infrastructure (servers, network, storage, database, and voice system) related incident and changes.
• Responsible for enforcing IT security best practices in the organization and complete adherence in resolving IT security vulnerabilities as highlighted by internal or external IT security auditors.
• Oversee system and network administrator day to day activity.
• Lead system changes and routine system maintenance.
• Monitors and deploy security patches to server OS, client computers OS, applications and network as new security vulnerabilities arises or as needed.
• Optimize usage of IT Infrastructure to assist in saving cost from IT OPEX and CAPEX.
• Develop talent within the team by knowledge sharing and conducting training to other team members and end-users.
• Responsible to documenting and revising IT Infrastructure design diagrams, processes, and procedures.
• Participate in vendor evaluation, proof of concept and product trials related to IT Infrastructure projects. Attend to vendor or 3rd-party support meetings as needed.
• Provides L1 – L3 support to end-user computing (laptops, desktops, printers, telephony, and mobile devices)
• Be available on-call to support local and remote offices even after office hours, weekends, and holidays.
• IT Software and Hardware vendor management.

• Thorough understanding of Hybrid & multi-domains Identity provider setup such as Active Directory, Azure AD, AAD Connect, Single Sign-On (SSO), Password write-back, Self-service password reset.
• Advance knowledge on server operating system (Windows Server 2008 – 2019 and Linux).
• Good understanding of storage systems (SAN, NAS, cloud-based storages and RAID levels).
• Good understanding of Backup (Veeam and Azure Backup) and Disaster Recovery (Azure Site Recovery).
• Scripting knowledge (powershell and linux shell).
• Good understanding on networking concepts, administration and implementation of LAN, WLAN, WAN, routing, switching, DMZ, network gateways, web application firewalls and network firewalls.
• Good understanding on different endpoint security solution. XDR and threat hunting is not a must but would be an advantage.
• Hands-on administration of MS SQL and Oracle 12c and later version of relational database management systems (RDBMS).
• Knowledge in maintaining Avaya IP Office PBX would be an advantage.
• Good understanding of web hosting, DNS (public and internal), and SSL management and administration.
