Job description
Review EOIs and RFPs from clients provide summary of and advise on submission requirements.
Prepare fee proposal to be prepared in Indesign/ Word file.
Prepare and/or issue RFP tender queries to clients.
Coordinate with and follow-up subconsultants and clients regarding RFP tender queries.
Prepare and/or assist in the preparation of EOI and pre-qualification proposals and submissions.
Prepare and/or assist in the preparation of bid and tender proposals and submissions.
Facilitate delivery of softcopy and hardcopy of pre-qualification, bid and tender proposals and submissions.
Issue NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) and RFPs to sub-consultants and specialists.
Log new enquiry and create a folder.
Plug all subconsultants fee in the fee spreadsheet.
Update tender query tracker.
Coordinate with and follow-up sub-consultants’ and specialists’ proposals during bidding and tender process.
Prepare and/or assist in the preparation of response to clients’ post tender clarifications and submissions.
Compile proposal submission sections, appendices and attachments into the required format.
Implement all necessary bid and tender proposals documents version control procedures and processes.
Ensure all proposal documents follow company branding guidelines, standard formatting and quality standards.
Other duties and tasks as may be required, assigned and/or instructed by the Managing Director and Bid Manager.
Profile
1. Quantity Surveyor background preferred.
2. A proven record of success in general or bid / tender management, preferably in a related industry.
3. At least five years’ experience in the field.
4. Graduate level of intellect preferably with a higher degree in a management discipline or a professional qualification.
5. A wide knowledge of the industry.
6. An understanding and awareness of bid / tender tasks and techniques.
7. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or subject related to industry. Quantity Surveyor background preferred
