Job Details:

  • Ensure good project structure and timely archiving company project and document management system
  • Create case documents from templates and insert project-specific information
  • Contribute to keeping an overview of the status of projects
  • Handle administrative parts of the connection process that do not require electrical expertise
  • Participate in meetings with online customers and prepare meeting invitations and minutes in close cooperation with our specialists
  • Create and maintain shared mailboxes, Sharepoint collaboration rooms, etc

Job Experience:

  • Thrives on solving administrative tasks.
  • Previous experience in the electricity sector is advantageous but not required; openness to learning technical concepts is essential.
  • Helpful, cooperative, and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Structured with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in IT, including the Office package and Teams.
  • Proficient in English.
