The HRBP will be responsible for :

• HR Business Partner and advisor of all function heads as part of the management team.
• Effective management of all HR processes through the entire employment lifecycle, such as:
• headcount planning and budgeting
• end to end recruitment
• onboarding
• operation of performance management & succession planning
• organizing employee events, identify training needs and organize professional trainings
• build HR strategy based on KPIs
• employee engagement, creating and operating retention policy
• handling payroll preparations
• labor law advisory
• Create documentation and contracts for promotions, transfers, new hires and terminations
• Creating and updating HR policies
• Mentor managers on employee development and performance management
• Analyze data trends and metrics to support business decisions
• Internal and external stakeholder management

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field. CIPD or SHRM certification is a plus
• Minimum 5 years HR experience required. Experience working in a similar role in a multi national organization within the UAE is a plus.
• Current, in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources and employee management, including workers’ compensation, UAE labor law.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Arabic language is a plus.
