KG International Jobs In Dubai Full Job Description :-
Ensure all executions are in accordance with purchasing practices and KGI purchase policies and procedures
· Define the process of Planning, Coordinating & Monitoring of basic Purchasing activities at a glance, starting from Triggering Point to Execution.
· Conduct Weekly Review meetings with the whole team, gather their updates and maintain the data through “Purchasing Tracker @ a Glance” under the direction of HOD-GPSC.
· Analyze and monitor delays in each milestone and escalate to HOD-GPSC from time to time and facilitate the team of an Alarm for any potential roadblocks.
· Extract the details relating to overall Spend Analysis from ERP/SAP and prepare a base report for management to take the strategic decision related to sourcing.
· Define, Coordinate and Monitor the Purchasing Projects – e.g. Productivity/Cost Savings, Supplier Delivery Rating
· Improvement, Supplier Rejection Level Improvements, Supplier Consolidation Plan & others.
· Act as a helping hand for HOD-GPSC and the entire team in terms of providing required MIS well in time.
· Define, coordinate and implement the Purchasing Function Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with ISO 9001, under the guidance of HOD-GPSC.
· Maintain Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) during Internal or External ISO 9000 Audits, coordinate with the concerned official to define the Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) and monitor the progress inline with Action Plan.
· Prepare a Gap Analysis report related to current Purchasing Processes and suggests the required improvements to HOD-GPSC/Management as and when required.
