The Role
Our client, A leading Education establishment based in the heart of Ajman is seeking a Payroll Specialist (UAE National). Organisation: Culture First Recruitment Location: Ajman, UAE (United Arab Emirates) Summary of Functions: As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end payroll processes, health insurance procedures, off-boarding activities, and engagement initiatives. This position is open exclusively to male UAE nationals who possess excellent English skills and hold a qualification in accounting or finance. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: – Handle end-to-end payroll processes efficiently and accurately. – Manage health insurance processes for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. – Oversee off-boarding procedures, including exit interviews and final settlements. – Coordinate and implement engagement activities to foster a positive work environment. – Ensure payroll-related compliance with local laws and regulations. – Collaborate with various departments to address employee queries related to payroll and benefits. – Maintain accurate records of employee information and payroll transactions. – Assist in the development and implementation of payroll-related policies and procedures.
Requirements
- UAE National – Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. – Proficient in handling end-to-end payroll processes. – Competent in managing health insurance procedures, off-boarding, and engagement activities. – Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Salary Range: AED 19,000 to AED 22,000, inclusive of health insurance benefits, education allowance, and Nafis.
