Overview:
As part of Core42, the Senior Manager for Partnerships will lead, define and implement Core42’s partner development strategy to drive growth and increase market share, assessing opportunities with new & existing partners, and driving strategic partnerships and alliances that contribute to the company’s success.
Core42 is the UAE’s national-scale enabler for cloud and generative AI, combining G42 Group’s expertise across multiple technology disciplines into a single platform for public sector and large enterprise transformations. Building on our capabilities as sovereign cloud and HPC specialist, we bring generative AI, cybersecurity, professional and managed services expertise to enable national-scale program deployments across industries.
Responsibilities:
Day to Day Operations:
- Define and execute Core42’s partner development strategy, aligning it with the overall business objectives.
- Identify and prioritize prospective partners, evaluate their strategic fit, and establish productive, long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define partner engagement models, develop investment strategies, execute business plans & strategic initiatives, and establish clear outcomes & deliverables.
- Analyze and recommend emerging industry trends, expansion opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, competitive threats, viability of outside business partners and venture capital sources.
- Perform thorough evaluations of business opportunities through analysis of potential business, inclusive of competitive analysis, financial analysis, market analysis, performance analysis, technology platforms and strategic fit.
- Compile Partner information and market performance reports, identifying areas of opportunity for mutual growth.
- Lead and oversee negotiations and contract discussions with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Drive joint marketing and sales initiatives with partners to generate leads, expand market reach, and drive revenue growth.
- Provide guidance and support to partners in positioning and promoting Core42 solutions effectively.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify partnership opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Monitor and track partner performance, ensuring they meet predefined targets and objectives.
- Develop joint business plans and manage partner expectations.
- Provide regular updates, reports, and performance analysis to senior management.
- Review and finalize partnership contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure contract terms are favorable and aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop joint marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Plan and oversee partner enablement activities, including training, workshops, and knowledge sharing.
- Help define multi-year investment strategies and goals for partners, and monitor the performance of established investment strategies, identifying deficiencies and developing actionable solutions.
- Contribute to organizational reviews across Core42’s and develop investment strategies based on review results.
Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance and/or related fields
- Relevant professional experience in strategy consulting or investment management including investment strategy formulation & implementation, change management, and growth in a dynamic business environment
Minimum Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in a managerial role and in a top tier consulting firm, investment organization
- A strong network with a proven track record in partner management
