Job Description:

  • Lead Business Development Team to achieve their monthly targets.
  • Lead new initiatives to reach to key brokers locally and internationally and expand our Agent network.
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities to increase sales revenue.
  • Oversee BDMs ongoing training and daily workflow and processes.
  • Work closely with Operations Managers for Roadshows planning and execution.
  • Work closely alongside with BDMs Team across departments (Sales, Telesales, Marketing and Travel) to ensure a smooth channel of communication and mutual targets are met.
  • Execute Roadshows and Oversee Business Trips.

Desired Skill & Expertise:

  • Highly Self-motivated, Career oriented, Strive for Excellence and Operate with Integrity individual with energetic and enthusiastic approach.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and targets.
  • Ability to travel to execute Roadshows and Oversee Business Trips.
