Full Job Description
The Government Relations Officer is responsible for government authorities processes and to liaise with the regulators.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ADGM visa applications, tracking, renewals
- Responsible for Trade License/ATM’s renewals across UAE
- Liaise with Central bank of UAE to update Trade license and ATMs and to liaise with Economic departments of Dubai, Sharjah & Abu Dhabi
- Raising invoices for expenses pertaining to visas, renewals, TL’s
- Prepare and submit correspondence in English and Arabic to the UAE authorities for various matters, including but not limited to licenses, clearances etc.
- Handling employees queries regarding Labour Cards and Visa’s
- Responsible for Reference checks
- Handle Emirati Labour processes, such as issuing new cards, renewals and cancelation
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in a related role
- Ability to exchange information in a clear and concise way
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment
- Knowledge of ADGM Portal
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Laws
- Recruitment Knowledge
Education:
- Bachelor’’s Degree in Human Resources (Masters Preferred)
