Marketing Consultant – EB Jobs In Dubai Full Job Description :-
- JOB PURPOSE:The EB Marketing executive will be responsible for the creation of marketing plans and project plans, facilitation and interaction with key MetLife business stakeholders, regular liaison with business partners and management of the production of required marketing materials. Manage the planning, implementation, tracking and measurement of integrated marketing programs and projects to an agreed schedule, budget and level of quality reporting to the Head of Marketing, Gulf.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Develop ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders that foster a more productive working environment and facilitate high quality output.
Support the marketing team in executing and delivering on the marketing plan and annual marketing campaigns and ad hoc activities to achieve the agreed marketing objectives and KPIs.
Manage all execution for agreed marketing activities as directed by the project marketing team including collateral, website or other platform updates, below the line activations, presentations and other customer communications pieces as well as marketing content development.
COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal: Working closely with the Head of Employee benefits Gulf and direct reports to understand business priorities and translate into marketing plans to support. Liaising with the Gulf Head of Digital / Brand and team to define requirements for in house design
External: Liaising with External Agencies to communicate briefs and give feedback on outputs
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration
Minimum 3 years’ experience as an account, marketing, or product executive in the insurance industry.
Strong knowledge of employee benefits products
Ability to work effectively with multiple departments and external agencies
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks on time, on budget and as per the MetLife quality standards.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Budget monitoring
Fluent in English language (proficiency in Arabic language is a bonus.
Ability to work both independently and with client teams, including virtual work teams with members in different geographic locations.
