Job Summary

We are looking for an outstanding Head of Science – KS2 Teacher to join our team at GEMS Founders School, Al Mizhar.

This is an exciting role for an experienced Primary Teacher who has a flair and passion for teaching Primary Science – you could be an experienced leader or an outstanding teacher ready for a leadership position.

The successful candidate will have:

• A B.Ed or subject related degree and PGCE / PGDE or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching Primary ideally KS2.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience teaching the National Curriculum for England.
• The ability to share your outstanding practice.
• A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom.
• Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills to work closely with students and parents.
