WSP Middle East is looking for a Client Services Lead to join our Property & Buildings Business Unit (P&B BU), based in the UAE.
Your new role, what’s involved?
- With a Client-centric mindset, assisting the P&B BU in managing and coordinating our Client interactions – Work Winning, Project Delivery and ongoing Engagement
- Support in developing strategic and actionable account plans for new and existing clients. Ensure that account plans are being kept updated and maximise the potential of Salesforce by ensuring we consistently share valuable client intelligence.
- Regularly collecting and actioning client feedback (particularly detractor feedback). Collaboration with cross-functional teams as required to identify and address challenges that may impact client satisfaction.
- Facilitating building and strengthening of relationships with existing and new Clients, thus enhancing our Client’s Experience of WSP
- Capitalising on Market Intel and Data to help drive the BU strategy
- Working closely with the BU Client and Project Leads and the Client Experience team, to deliver prospects and manage the start-up of projects
- Assisting the BU in mobilising projects – working with the relevant functions to set-up contracts, programmes, resources and sub-consultants
- Reporting to the P&B BU Senior Director / Head of Integrated Design Delivery
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Bachelor’s in engineering, Project Management or related fields
- 10 years’ experience in a Client facing + delivery role preferably in the construction / hospitality sector
- A strong commitment to client centricity and can champion our client account management tools and processes.
- Strong communication skills
