Here is a description of the role we are opening:
Position Overview:
As Sales Manager, you will be in charge of Sales of Linxens solutions for Middle East Market. You bring in experience with entire sales process, lead generation, customer relationship, etc. As Sales Manager, you will contribute for developing and implementing sales strategy and will be responsible for business development, to bring in new customers.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage priority growth projects along with sales operations of our clients based in Middle East
  • Drive new business opportunities for Modules, Inlays and Bundles along with premium Linxens products
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for the various product ranges and associated solutions
  • Establish pricing programs and strategies to secure optimum product positioning & share growth within segment
  • Liaise between customers and cross functional teams internally to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts and report to Head of Sales Europe to develop and implement business growth strategies for expansion into new markets
  • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and maintain client relationships
  • Be prepare for customer visits and participate in trade fairs mainly held in Middle East
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years’ of experience as Sales Manager or Sales Account Manager
  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering or business administration
  • Experience in sales forecast, sales revenue, budgeting, etc.
  • Very good understanding of technical know-how and should be able to provide full sales coverage
  • Possess customer-oriented approach and has excellent communication skills interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a varied, fast-paced and multicultural environment
  • Experience in smartcard industry is an advantage
  • Fluency in Arabic and English; French is a plus
