Key Responsibilities / AccountabilitiesSupport in EB Operations/Administration
Process on day-to-day endorsement requests.
Onboarding policies in insurer portal and activation of cards.
Invoice Booking.
Follow up on invoice with insurer
Perform account Reconciliation.
Payment follows up on endorsements.Skills and abilities needed to perform role
Good verbal and written communication skills for both client & internal communication.
Knowledge of MS Office Tools
Exposure to Insurance Portals and Invoicing Software.
Knowledge of DHA and HAAD guidelines.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets and deadlines of client.

Knowledge and Experience
Degree or with professional qualification is preferred.
