Manager, Cloud Operations Jobs In Dubai Full Job Description :-
Job Description
Job Purpose:
Define Cloud Transition & Adoption Roadmaps and Solutions. The role will manage Migration Projects. In addition to managing the 24/7 operations of the Cloud Environment and governance across different geographies. It will also own the operational environment and ensure business disruptions are avoided with minimal escalation.
Key Accountabilities:
Work closely with Infra and application team to design and implement application & infrastructure monitoring process
Identify and keep inventory of monitoring key metrics.
Define SOPs for analysing infrastructure alerts
RCA for incidents.
Manage the infrastructure rostering schedule for 24*7 Infra support
Ensure SLA Compliance for operational activities and incident resolutions
Drives the adoption, and articulate the risks/opportunities from leveraging Cloud Infrastructure
Conduct Cloud Cost Analysis and implement chargeback to internal teams
Conduct Cost Budgeting & Estimation of Cloud Workloads
Lead Lift & Shift Migration and Transitions into Cloud
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
Certification in Cloud Infrastructure preferably Azure
Certification in ITSM and PMP is nice to have
Standard Infrastructure Experience: Monitoring, DNS, DHCP, Backups, and Disaster Recovery
Cloud Provider Experience: AZURE, New Relic etc.
Professional with experience leading large complex enterprise-wide infrastructure projects/programs with multiple interfaces and/or 3rd parties
Experience in managing Microsoft License for Windows & SQL Server
