Middle East Administration Accountant Jobs In Dubai Full Job Description :-
RINA is currently recruiting for a Middle East Administration Accountant to join its office in Dubai within the Global Administration & Financial Statement Division.
Mission
We are looking for a Junior Accountant with 5+ years of experience working in a similar role, to join our ME Shared Services Team in Dubai.
To be successful in this role you will have a strong knowledge of UAE VAT Law with strong background in recording, verifying, consolidating, and analyzing transactions for the allocated region.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
Updating accounts receivable and assist with credit collection.
Updating accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
Assisting in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
Recording of expenses, payroll etc. as assigned.
Updating financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
Assisting in the preparation of periodic closings; Assistance with other accounting projects.
Preparing and submission of periodic reports.
Key Skills and Competencies
You must exhibit a high level of resourcefulness in a fast paced environment.
A team player with a positive can-do attitude.
Highly proficient in analytical, written and verbal communication.
Be discreet when handling confidential information.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy. CPA/CMA is preferred but not essential.
