Introduction to the role

Porsche Middle East and Africa FZE is currently looking for a Retail Marketing & Social Media Manager/Specialist to join our Marketing team. This position supports the steering, managing and execution of retail marketing strategy and campaigns with all importers, ensuring a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints, with the intention to increase brand awareness, familiarity and image.

Job Responsebilities

• Management of regular Marketing Planning & Reporting processes with all importers in Middle East, Africa, Levant & India to ensure effective Marketing budget target achievement and steering of all retail marketing campaigns with all markets.
• Development of Retail Marketing Toolboxes and management of regional Creative agency services for the development & execution of market-specific campaign assets with all importers in Middle East, Africa, Levant & India to ensure Porsche brand standards, CI compliance and consistent brand tonality (engl./arabic/french)
• Development and implementation of regional Social Media strategy as well as Content management and performance tracking of PME owned and importer Social Media channels
• Support Development and implementation of standardized Retail Marketing Services to assist all importers in Middle East, Africa, Levant & India, as well as managing and developing of several performance dashboards and reporting.
• Development of retail marketing campaigns incl. content production in coordination with business units (e.g. Sales, Smart Mobility, Porsche Financial Services) that contribute to achievement of retail objectives

Essential Criteria

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with main subject Marketing or other relevant field of study.
• >5 to 7 years of work experience in Marketing.
• Relevant and recent experience at Porsche preferred or within the automotive industry (OEM or retail).
• Proficiency in MS Office and Social Media Tools.
• High proficiency in English & Arabic, French is an advantage.
• Strong intercultural skills and familiarity with Middle East Region
• Experience with working with Marketing Agencies.
• Charismatic personality with strong Interpersonal skills and the ability to present and influence.
• Flexibility in travel required.
