Site Supervisor-retail fitout Jobs In Dubai Full Job Description :-

Required person must hold proven experience in retail fit-out furniture production experience with following capabilities.

1. Manage a project team with a collaborative leadership style which puts value on relationships, both internal and external as well as ensures high-quality finishes.

2.Following up for the drawing approval, materials , works flow , sub contract and other influence aspects of running projects

3. Responsible for the installation for the projects and rectifications of snags.

4. Daily reports regarding site conditions and communicate effectively in writing.

5. Develop and complete projects without continued direct supervision.

6. Improve advanced knowledge of furniture, fixture and equipment architectural/interior finishes, lighting, art signage, color, and materials to carryout design intent.

7. Prioritize to meet deadlines and provide high quality service to clients.

8. Prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines.

9. Interact with senior management, external client organizations and vendors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED4,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Site Management: 3 years (Required)
  • Retail fitout-joinery: 3 years (Required)
