What we are looking for: Our growing team is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic telemarketing trainee who is committed to learning in the fields of sales and lead generation.

The telemarketing function will include activities like sales development, inbound and outbound calls as well as research.
The job responsibilities are flexible, and many opportunities for growth may be offered to the successful candidate.
Key job responsibilities:

  • Develop sales opportunities by researching potential new leads.
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Answer specific questions about our partner technologies and troubleshoot issues.
  • Resolve customer issues in the first contact, only escalating the ticket when is appropriate.
  • Balance a steady stream of calls with accurate record-keeping of customer interactions
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements to apply

Skills required:

  • Native or full professional proficiency in English is compulsorily required.
  • University Graduates in any disciplines with less than 1-year of full-time working experience.
  • Adventurous, entrepreneurial, driven a creative problem solver with an open mind.
  • A natural at efficient and straightforward communication in a non-scripted, high-touch service environment.
  • High emotional intelligence, empathy, and strong active listening skills.
  • Reliability and strong work ethic.
