Job Description:

The Senior Business Analyst will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our business objectives and technology solutions.
They will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze complex business processes, and provide strategic
recommendations to drive efficiency and improve decision-making.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements, objectives, and goals and
identify data-driven solutions to business challenges.
2. Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and
optimization.
3. Define and prioritize project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
4. Lead requirements workshops and facilitate discussions to elicit business needs, functional requirements, and constraints.
5. Develop clear and comprehensive business requirements documents and use cases for proposed solutions.
6. Work closely with the development team, providing guidance and support throughout the software development life
cycle.
7. Analyze and interpret data, turning complex data sets into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
8. Perform cost-benefit analysis and feasibility studies for proposed projects to evaluate potential risks and benefits.
9. Collaborate with QA teams to design and execute test scenarios, ensuring that solutions meet business requirements.
10. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential issues and recommending corrective actions as needed.
11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve business analysis
methodologies.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on complex projects and stakeholder management.
3. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand and articulate business needs and requirements effectively.
4. Experience in process mapping, workflow analysis, and documentation of business processes.
5. Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as data modelling, use case development, and prototyping.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical
stakeholders.
7. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
8. Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks while also being a collaborative team player.
9. Prior experience in project management or project coordination is a plus.
10. Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in agile development environments
