Role objectives
Tracks & Analyses communication and engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement. Produces materials or coordinates the production of materials to ensure quality and costs are managed.
Key responsibilities
-
Metrics Tracking: Tracks communication and engagement metrics. Synthesizes information to be readily available for the region and global reporting.

Listening: Monitors social media, internal assets, and external environment to gauge perception, acceptance, positioning, and emerging issues.

Graphic Design, Layout, and Production: Provides print and media graphic design to ensure professionalism and visual appeal.
-
Media and Video Production: Produces interactive media and video content and/or manages appropriate vendors to ensure high quality, engaging and professional output.

Language Translation / Coordination: Translates or coordinates content translation across languages ensuring that meaning, tone, and context are maintained.

Project Coordination and Project Resource: Acts as additional project coordinators or resources for large global, regional or local communication initiatives.
Proven performance in:
-
Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree or equivalent;
-
Proven track record in Performance and Pruduction;
-
Robust capability in collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, particularly senior leadership and communications Business Partners;
-
Adept at performing well in a complex & results focused international environment;
-
Structured communication & highly developed influencing skills;
-
Fluent in English.
