Monthly Management Financials

· Deliver consistent, timely, accurate, high quality and insightful monthly & yearly financial reports to facilitate and support decision making for the individual entities & Consolidated Financials for the whole Group as well.

· Performing the ratio analysis over the closed financials on a monthly basis.

· Must ensure the credit card reconciliation, Bank reco, supplier reco, receivables reco.

· Must ensure the inventory reconciliation at the month end for all the group entities.

· Would be responsible for maintaining the Fixed Asset register of all the individual entities.

· Must have an experience of handling the corporate & VAT audits.

· Must possess skills to handle the Payroll process through WPS process & all the end of service calculations.

· Filing the correct VAT return on a quarterly basis for all of our group companies. Must be aware of the Group VAT filing.

· Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts including detailed performance analysis in the monthly pack.

· Perform variance analysis and trend analysis to show key movements from Budgets, Forecasts and Prior Year.

· Undertake monthly review of costs and work with Finance Manager to ensure cost drivers are understood.

· Deliver continuous improvement of financial planning and budgeting and ensure compliance with appropriate financial standards and deliver “best in class reporting.

· Must be able to liaise with the banks & financial institutions for the Trader finance facilities.

Analytics, IFRS & Costings

· Develop and maintain financial models as needed, to support scenario analysis and evaluation of potential projects and expansions using the IRR, NPV, Payback period approaches. Candidate must have experience in this specific expertise.

· Must have experience of cost volume profit analysis in order to find out the targeted sales to achieve a present well defined profit.

· Must be experiences & well aware of IFRS & IAS with strong demonstration skills.

· Should be able to do realistic costing of the different products of the Group companies to be launched in the future.

Skillset (role specific technical skills and behavioral competencies needed)

· Can do attitude and an inquisitive nature

· Strong commercial mindset with a data driven approach to forecasts

· Strong presentation skills and ability to present to Senior Management

Minimum Experience

· Tourism industry experience is preferable.

· Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver under time pressure.

· High attention to details & ability to work under pressure & late working hours.

· Experience in technical accounting.

· Fast paced & working with exceptionally high speed.

Minimum Qualifications/education

· Qualified Finance professional – CA, CPA,CMA,CFA qualified is Mandatory.
