Executive Assistant Vacancy in Surbana Jurong Private Limited: Job Description

We wish to recruit a dynamic and versatile Executive Assistant to join our team in Dubai. We require a highly organized and proactive individual who can provide comprehensive administrative support while also handling various business-related responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
Make travel and accommodation arrangements
Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
Coordinate with office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
Take minutes during meetings
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Organize and maintain the office filing system

Ideal Candidate will have:
Overall performance in role and high quality of work being undertaken
Ability to manage and communicate with all level of People

Excellent communication and organizational skills
