ROLE PURPOSE:
The Aftersales Digitisation team is part of the Aftersales Centre of excellence and has a strategic responsibility to support all digital projects and initiatives. In addition, this team will be responsible for ensuring all Aftersales data and analytics requirements are aligned and supported. The incumbent will be responsible to ensure the strategic roadmap of the aftersales division is being carried out with the use of systems websites and data.
KEY ROLE SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Aligning the Digitisation Road map
– Develop a funnel of future digitisation ideas to set-up and commercialise for the aftersales part of Automotive business
Manage Aftersales data and Analytics – Manage a team who is responsible for the creation and alignment of all Aftersales data – Participate in a variety of projects, groups and committees. People – Deliver against our people strategy, maintain positive associate engagement. |
