Due to the wonderful interest in our school and fantastic growth, we continue to expand due to high parental demand. As such, we are looking to employ a dynamic, innovative and inspiring Assistant Head, to join the Leadership Team with responsibility for lower key stage 2.
The Assistant Head will play a vital role in leading learning and innovation. The role will require an exceptional and charismatic leader, who has a clear vision for what makes a successful lower KS2 department within an international school. They will have experience of leadership within this context or similar, in a school environment, and will be someone who can develop lasting positive relationships with staff, pupils and parents alike.
Our team is made up of highly qualified UK professionals, who all share one goal: to provide quality education to all of our children in a caring, nurturing and supportive environment. We are looking for inspirational and caring practitioners, unashamedly aspiring to be the best that they can be. The Assistant Head must be able to lead and inspire such a vibrant team.
The desire and excitement of being part of a growing and very influential team is essential. An ability to be flexible and to cope with the ambiguity that can come with the excitement of a newly established school is paramount, and an aptitude to reassure and guide the team in this area will be important. Fundamentally, we are seeking an outstanding leader who cares.
